E&O: Errors & Omissions

Healthcare EPL

Healthcare providers, including physicians and dentists offices, present a more difficult employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) exposure. Statistically, employment related claims occur more frequently at healthcare providers than other types of businesses. In addition, healthcare providers have client or vendor discrimination and harassment exposures that may be covered within an EPLI policy.

Mercator Risk Services provides Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI), with an option to include third-party discrimination coverage, to health care providers such as physicians and dentists. We provide this coverage as a "Wrap Program" for small to medium-sized books of health care accounts. We can provide:

Cost

EPLI premiums are extremely reasonable even when third-party discrimination is included. A small physician or dental office can expect to pay under $2,000 for $1.0 million of coverage including optional third-party discrimination coverage.
